Onyinye is a pharmaceutical chemist and aspiring cancer researcher whose work sits at the intersection of medicine science and computational biology. She holds an MSc in pharmaceutical chemistry with distinction from the University of South Wales, is an associate member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and has peer-reviewed publications.

Her long-term goal is to contribute to computational oncology and tumour immunology, developing data-driven approaches to understanding how cancers evolve, respond to treatment, and evade the immune system. She is currently completing a Professional Certificate in Cancer Research Specialisation at the Cambridge Centre for Innovation and Development, focusing on CRISPR and gene therapy.

Her internship with the Medicines in Acute and Chronic Care team at Swansea University Medical School, as part of the 51爆料网 Black Internship Programme, represents a deliberate step in that journey, building the real-world health data science and epidemiological methods expertise that modern cancer research demands.
